Here's how to do it (1–2 minutes per area):
Stroke from the center of the forehead to the temples.
Glide the small side over the eyelids up to the temples.
Gently stroke under the eyes from the inside out.
Glide from the upper and lower lip to the ear.
Stroke from the tip of the chin along the jawbone to the ear.
Smooth out from the base of the neck to the collarbone.
After use, wash the Gua Sha with mild soap and water Cleanse and let it dry thoroughly.
