Shipping conditions:
Delivery is made to the following countries: Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, France and Luxembourg.

Customs-related exceptions within the EU:

  • France: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Le Réunion, French Guyana, Saint Martin, Mayotte

Shipping costs to all countries (including VAT)

  • up to 59,99 Euro: 4,90 Euro shipping costs 

  • from an order value of 60 euros we deliver free of shipping costs

    Delivery Times:
    Currently, our delivery times within Germany and Austria are approximately 2–5 business days after receipt of the order; for international deliveries, within 7 business days after receipt of the order (if advance payment has been agreed upon, delivery will take place after we receive your payment instruction). 
    Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays. 
    If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

    Express Shipping
     Delivery times for Express Shipping (within Germany only) are 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 11 a.m. will be delivered the next day. If you order after 11 a.m., delivery will take place the day after tomorrow. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday; there are no deliveries on Saturday. Next-day delivery can only be guaranteed if the order is placed by 11 a.m. on Thursday; after that, the next delivery will be on Monday.
