It's that easy
1. Register
Sign up for our loyalty program or log in if you already have an account. That way, we can invite you via email to try out products that are perfectly suited to you and your skin’s needs!
2. Received an invitation by email
As soon as a product test begins, we'll send you an email invitation with all the details about the test product and a link to apply.
3. Apply
To apply for a product test, simply answer a few short questions about your skin type and skin needs—this way, we can invite you to product tests that are perfectly suited to you and your skin’s needs.
4. Selection & Feedback
Whether you’re selected depends on the specific test requirements and the number of products available—and, of course, on your skin type and individual needs. And if you weren’t selected this time, don’t worry—you can always apply for new tests again.
5. Testing
If you are selected, we will send the test product to your home free of charge. You will also receive all the important information about how to use it, its ingredients, and tips for the testing phase.
6. Rate
At the end of the testing phase, you’ll receive a link to our final survey. There, you can tell us honestly what you like—and where you’d like to see improvements.
During the testing phase, you can open the questionnaire at any time and answer the questions as completely as possible. Clicking “Submit” will automatically send your feedback—you don’t need to do anything else : )

General
What exactly is the JUNGLÜCK Testing Community?
As a member of our Testing Community, you can test and review high-quality JUNGLÜCK products that are right for you and your skin—all for free. These are usually products that aren’t yet available on the market.
You’ll test them in your daily routine and share your honest feedback with us. This helps us refine our products and make them even better.
Does it cost me anything to participate in the product tests?
No, participating in our product tests is, of course, free of charge. All you need is a willingness to thoroughly test our products and share your honest feedback with us.
Procedure & Evaluation
How long does a product test take?
The duration of the test depends on the specific product. In your invitation or confirmation email, we will always specify the exact time frame during which you can participate in the test—including the deadline for submitting the questionnaires.
To ensure your feedback is meaningful, we ask that you use the product regularly over the specified period and only then leave a review.
Is there a minimum age requirement for participation?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to join our JUNGLÜCK Testing Community.
How often can I participate in product tests?
You can generally apply for multiple product tests. Whether you’re selected depends on the specific product, the test requirements, and the number of products available—and, of course, on your skin type and individual skin needs.
How mandatory is participation?
If you are selected for a product test, your participation is binding—because we plan around you and reserve a test product specifically for you.
This also means that you need to complete the questionnaire by the deadline. If you fail to do so repeatedly, we unfortunately won’t be able to include you in future product tests so that other testers can have a chance.
If you realize that you won't be able to attend after all, please email us as soon as possible at product@junglueck.de —we'll work together to find a solution.
Why was I not selected for a product test?
Sometimes we receive more applications than there are test products available. Selection is based on various criteria, such as skin type, skincare needs, and the product’s target audience.
If it didn't work out this time, don't worry—you can always apply for new tests again.
How and when will I receive my test product?
If you’ve been selected for a product test, we’ll send you the test product by mail shortly to the address you provided. You’ll be notified of your participation via email. Please understand that shipping may take a few days, depending on the test campaign.
How do I submit my rating?
Shortly after shipping, you will receive an email with:
- the application description
- the link to the questionnaire
- if applicable, the date you submitted your review
During the testing phase, you can open the questionnaire at any time and answer the questions as completely as possible. When you click“Submit,”your feedback will be sent automatically—you don’t need to do anything else : )
Do I have to fill out the questionnaire?
Yes—the questionnaire is part of the product test. Your participation can only be completed (including loyalty points and any thank-you gifts) if you fill it out within the specified time frame. Your feedback is the most important part for us, as it enables us to further develop our products in a targeted manner.
What happens if I don't submit my review on time?
If you don't manage to do so within the deadline, you will unfortunately not be able to submit it later – and in this case you will not receive any loyalty points or (if applicable) an accessory as a thank you.
Sensitivity & Skin Reaction
What should I do if I am allergic to the product?
Our products are cosmetics. Despite careful development and testing, individual skin reactions may occur in rare cases—especially in those with sensitive or allergy-prone skin.
Possible reactions may include redness, itching, skin irritation, or allergic reactions.
Please stop using the product immediately if you notice any signs of intolerance or side effects, and contact us directly at:

Your health comes first
What is a patch test?
A patch test helps you check whether you're sensitive to a product by applying it to an inconspicuous area of skin before using it for the first time.
To do this, apply a small amount product to an inconspicuous area of skin (e.g., the inner elbow) and monitor the area for at least 24 hours.
Only if there is no reaction should you use the product as directed.
Is a patch test required?
Yes. A patch test should be performed before applying the product to a large area.
Can I participate if I have known allergies to certain ingredients?
We ask about any known allergies in advance and provide you with the complete INCI list for the test product.
Please be sure to let us know about any allergies or food intolerances you have.
If there is any overlap with ingredients in the test product, you will unfortunately not be able to participate in the product test for safety reasons.
Rules & Special Cases
Can I talk about the product test on social media?
Please do not share any information, images, or experiences related to the test product as long as this is a confidential testing community and we have not explicitly invited you to do so.
This is how we ensure that new products are not made public until they have been officially launched.
What happens if my test product arrives damaged or does not arrive?
Please contact us at product@junglueck.de, and we'll check the shipping status and work with you to find a solution.
What happens to my personal data?
Confidential and secure handling of your data is very important to us. We use your information exclusively for the purpose of community testing (e.g., for selection, shipping, and communication) and do not pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes.
