If a product is not to your liking or is not compatible after opening, it can be returned free of charge within 30 days. The warranty claim must be submitted directly to us viathis link, stating the item purchased, the date of purchase, and the invoice number corresponding to the purchase contract, without any specific form being required. The claim under the satisfaction guarantee exists in addition to the consumer's statutory rights in the event of defects (warranty), which are not restricted by the guarantee. The consumer's statutory rights mentioned above can be exercised free of charge.
