How does the referral program work?
Do you like our products and want to recommend us to people you know? We’re thrilled to hear that and will reward you with a discount coupon. To be able to assign the personal rewards to you and your friends, we first need your email address and then your friend’s email address. To do this, simply fill out the form on this page, and we’ll generate your referral link and discount codes. It’s up to you to decide how you’d like to share the Gift card loved ones. Thanks to your referral, your friend will receive a 20% discount on their first purchase in our shop. As soon as the order is placed, your €50 Gift card will be credited to your customer account, which you can redeem at any time (this gift card can be redeemed only once, cannot be combined with other discounts, and is not valid for purchases of gift cards or cosmetic treatments alone). You’re also welcome to refer other people to us. To do so, simply click “Refer More” on the form.
Can I recommend more than one person?
You are also welcome to recommend us to other people. Simply click on "Recommend others" in the form process.
How and when do I receive my Gift card?
As soon as your loved ones have ordered from us, we will inform you by e-mail that your points have been added to your customer account.
How will my friend find out about my recommendation?
In the form process, you have the option of deciding which channel you would like to use to inform your loved ones about their discount voucher - by email or WhatsApp. After your selection, the link will be shared automatically according to your wishes.
How can I use my reward?
You can redeem your points as usual. When placing your order, simply select the voucher value you would like to redeem for your points directly in the checkout in the field provided. Your discount will then be deducted automatically before the payment process.
What happens if my friend orders but has not used my referral link?
If your friend did not click or use the link when placing the order, the action will not count as a successful referral. In order for you to receive your reward, the referral link must be used when placing the order
Can I have the value of my reward paid out to me?
No, as with all our vouchers, this is unfortunately not possible.
