During the promotion period, we’ll be giving away a total of30 refill packs of your favorite product to customers who place an order.
1. Entry Period & Eligibility
All individuals who place an order via the online store (www.junglueck.de) or the JUNGLÜCK app between May 18, 2026 (12:00 a.m.) and May 19, 2026 (11:59 p.m.) are eligible to participate. Every completed order placed during this period will automatically count as an entry and be entered into the drawing.
2. Prize Description & Animal Status
A total of 30 prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a refill of the winner’s favorite product from their winning order. The value of the prize depends on the winner’s JUNGLÜCK Club membership status at the time of the order:

Skincare FAN (Tier 1): One-time receipt of 1 refill of your chosen product.

Skincare LOVER (Tier 2): Receive a total of 2 refills of your chosen product (delivered quarterly).

Skincare EXPERT (Tier 3): Receive a total of 3 refills of your chosen product (delivered quarterly).
3. Profit Determination & Transparency
To ensure a fair distribution within our community, the 30 winners will be selected by lottery based on their membership tier:

15 winners from the Status Skincare FAN community

10 winners from the Status Skincare LOVER group

5 winners from the Status Skincare EXPERT program
4. Prize Notification & Processing
Winners will be notified by email after the promotion period ends. To process the prize, we will send a link to a survey (Typeform) where winners can finalize their choice of product from the order they placed.
5. General Provisions

Cash redemption, modification, or exchange of the prize is not permitted.

If the order associated with the prize is returned in its entirety, the right to the prize will be forfeited.
