JUNGLÜCK competition
From among all Advent calendar orders placed in the JUNGLÜCK (DE) online store (www.junglueck.de), the JUNGLÜCK app, the Munich flagship store, and JUNGLÜCK CH (www.junglueck.ch), a total of 15 full refunds of the calendar’s purchase price will be raffled off between October 29 and November 1, 2026. All customers who order at least one Advent calendar between October 29 and November 1, 2026, will automatically be entered into the promotion. Participation does not incur any additional costs. Winners will be randomly selected during calendar week 45 of 2026 and notified that same week via the email address provided during the ordering process. The refund will be processed no later than November 30, 2026, via the payment method selected during the ordering process. If multiple calendars are ordered in separate transactions during the promotion period, the customer will automatically be entered into the drawing multiple times. If multiple Advent calendars are included in a single order, only one Advent calendar will be counted and refunded if the order wins.
As part of the competition, your data provided during the ordering process will be used to draw and notify the winners. The data will not be published in connection with the competition. The data will not be passed on. Eligible to participate in this competition are persons who have reached the age of 18. Minors under the age of 18 and persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation as well as participants who provide false information about themselves are excluded. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, we reserve the right to exclude persons from the competition and not to pay out prizes. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, we may demand compensation from this person.
