Yes. The Mattifying Day Cream SPF 30 advanced organic UV filters and provides broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays.

The combination of UVA and UVB filters provides excellent all-around protection against UV radiation: The cream UVB protection with an SPF of 30 and high UVA protection with a UVA Protection Factor of 14, which filters out up to 93% of UVA radiation.

Oily, blemish-prone, and acne-prone skin needs a particularly light texture to reduce excess shine and avoid putting additional strain on the pores. Since very high sun protection factors usually require higher amounts of UV filters and can therefore result in richer textures, the Mattifying Day Cream has a moderate SPF —for a particularly light, pore-friendly, and fast-absorbing texture.

SPF 30 already offers high protection for everyday use and blocks about 96% of UVB rays. Combined with modern broad-spectrum filters, the formula provides reliable protection against UVA and UVB rays. At the same time, it helps create an even complexion with a matte finish.

In principle, that is possible. However, since the formula was specifically developed to protect against UV radiation, we recommend PM skincare product without sun screen that is specifically designed to support the skin’s nighttime regeneration.

If you're going to be out in the sun for a long time (e.g., on vacation), you canapply an additional layer of sun screen over your daily moisturizerapply reapply it throughout the day.

The formulations were developed to be gentle on the skin and free of unnecessary fragrances. All three products were tested by Dermatest and rated “very good.” As with all skincare products, we recommend that people with very sensitive skin first test a new product on a small area of skin.

Yes. The Mattifying Day Cream SPF 30 be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Since the formulations do not contain any additional fragrances, a slight natural odor from the UV filters may be noticeable. This odor usually dissipates after apply.

Why sun screen Is sun screen Important

Protect your skin from the sun's UV rays is essential for many different reasons. UV rays damage your skin in the long term and the effects are often only felt years later, even if you don't notice them beforehand.

UVA radiation contributes to skin ageing, can destroy important structures of our connective tissue and change the genetic material of our cells: it penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin and forms free radicals. These destroy the supporting collagen in our skin and also prevent its regeneration. The elastin fibers also change, so that the elasticity and flexibility of our skin suffers. UVA radiation can also cause pigmentation disorders, sun allergies and, in the worst case, skin cancer.

UVB radiation penetrates the outer layers of our skin and causes sunburn, hyperpigmentation, allergic reactions and, in the worst cases, skin cancer.

Basically, your skin needs daily protection from harmful UV rays—to prevent light-induced skin aging and to maintain your skin’s health.

Day creams with SPF multifunctional products that SPF targeted care plus effective broad-spectrum UV protection, making them ideal as a daytime face cream. You can choose your SPF day cream based on your skin condition and type: hydrating balanced and combination skin, regenerating for dry or mature skin, and mattifying for oily, blemish-prone skin.

The hyaluronic acid creams do not contain UV protection and are therefore ideal for your evening routine or for days when you sun screen extra sun screen anyway. Depending on your skin type, you can choose a hyaluronic acid cream light, medium, or rich care intensity.
